Lisa's Natural Nail Studio

I really love to use pumice scrub as part of my LNNS pedicures, and here's why. Pumice is a natural, volcanic rock, and it has been used for exfoliating dry skin for years. While it is an abrasive rock, I do not feel it as hard on skin as sugar when used in a scrub. At home, a pumice stone is perfect for keeping your feet smooth and exfoliated between pedicures. It's as simple as wetting your feet and the stone and gently rubbing problem areas to smooth and exfoliate. I would use a pumice stone no more than one time a week. You'll have to experiment with what works for you.
